This is a guide for TSD (time-speed-distance) Rallymasters; not hard and fast rules.
Please check with your club or sanctioning body for specific procedures.
Depending on the size of the event, there's much to do to put on a road rally.
The Rallymaster should take responsibility for all aspects of the rally. If the event is sponsored by a club, many people may help with these tasks. One
person should provide clear leadership when your event is put on by committee.
