Mountains to the Sea 2009 is a TSD Touring Rally from Portland to the Oregon
Coast. Rallymasters are Russ and Katy Kraushaar.
Start: In the parking lot adjacent to the Chevron
& Starbucks at exit 71B off highway 26 west, going west (the Sylvan exit).
Registration will open at 9:30
AM, first car out at 10:30 AM and we'll be at the beach around 5:00 PM
